What is your shipping policy?

Orders within the U.S. are packaged and shipped a day or two after being received and sent off using USPS.

What are your shirts made of?

Most of our shirts are made of a poly/cotton mix varying in how much of each material. Tri-blends may have rayon along with the poly/cotton. All shirts will have a description of the material makeup on the shopping page before you make your purchase and washing instructions will be tagged on the shirt itself.


Do our shirts shrink?

No. As long as the washing instructions are followed and the shirts are properly laundered you should experience minimal to no shrinking. Tri-blends will sometimes “shrink to fit” meaning the fabric might tighten to your body slightly, but should not shrink down a size or two.

how are payments submitted?

Acceptable forms of payments can be submitted by check made out to Original Impressions and through money transfer apps such as Cash App ($AMChin) and Venmo (@andre-chin-2). Cash is also accepted with an in shop visit. A deposit is required to get your order secured and started and the balance is required upon delivery of the order. If the order is to be shipped then the balance along with the shipping will be required to get your order shipped out.

How do I get a quote?

In order to receive a quote from us we need to know some details. In your email request for a quote please include the amount of shirts along with the sizes. 2XL, 3XL, and larger shirts cost more while Sm - XL are regular sizes and are priced the same. The color/colors of the shirt are also important but may or may not affect the price.

If you need a design made from scratch please be as descriptive as possible or include reference pics and the amount of colors desired in your logo or design.

For a logo or design that’s already made please provide a good resolution JPEG, PNG, or EPS file in your email along with instructions on where you would like the design placed on the shirts and the amount of locations desired.

If there is lettering in the design, please include the font that was used. If you don’t know the font then it may be substituted for one that resembles it.

As this is a detailed oriented business, please feel free to include as much information as possible regarding your order, placement of the design, the size, and what you would like to see incorporated into your design. Do you have a theme or look that you’re trying to achieve? Please include some reference pics so we have a visual idea.

What is the Art fee?

The Art Fee is determined by the amount of work that goes into a project. It is usually $35/hr that goes into replicating, tracing, and manipulating the design to make it shirt-ready. If the design is only text then please provide the desired font to be used and there will be no charge for the art work.

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is converting an image to threads so the embroidery machine can “read” it. All the artwork for embroidery will be subject to a $40 Digitizing Fee unless you have a DST file for your image. Any changes or revisions after a DST file has been made will result in another digitizing fee.

At What point in the order process can I make changes?

Additions to the shirt amounts can be made up to the point that that the shirts have been ordered. However, after the deposit has been made and the shirts have been ordered then any additional shirts desired will have to be considered a new order with a minimum of 12 shirts. The price per shirt will then be re-calculated to the appropriate price for that amount.
